Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Hairstyle Changer (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AI Hairstyle Changer provides an online AI hairstyle try-on experience. You upload a photo, select a hairstyle (or enter a prompt), and receive an AI-generated result image.

Accounts

  • You may need an account to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the content you submit (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to:

  • process your photo to generate results,
  • store your uploaded photo and generated results to provide history and cross-device access,
  • display AI-generated results publicly only if you choose to publish them (e.g., to the Ideas gallery).

Your original uploaded photo is not displayed publicly.

  • If you publish a generated result, it may appear in the public Ideas gallery.
  • You can withdraw a published result. We may keep records as needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
  • We may remove or delist content at any time (e.g., policy violations, safety concerns, or moderation decisions).

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have the right to use,
  • upload illegal content or content that violates others’ rights,
  • upload images involving minors or sensitive personal content where you do not have consent,
  • attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the Service,
  • use automated methods to overload the Service.

Pricing, Free Try-ons, and Billing

  • We may offer a limited number of free try-ons for signed-in users (currently 3). This is a product policy and may change over time.
  • If you want to generate more results after the free try-ons, you must purchase a plan to continue (for example: a one-time pack or a subscription). See the Pricing page for the latest details.
  • If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime and your access remains available until the end of the current billing period (unless stated otherwise).
  • One-time purchases do not auto-renew.
  • Pricing and billing terms may change; we will provide notice where required.
  • Refunds are provided only where required by law or explicitly stated.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated results are for visualization only and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
